Yoga is known for it helps with stress reduction, improved strength, and flexibility. What is the difference between yoga and hot yoga?  Hot yoga is yoga done in a room at a higher temperature. The heat can be set to whatever the yoga instructor prefers, it’s typically between 80 and 100°F (27 and 38°C). The benefit to this is that muscles are warmed up so it makes stretching safer. This can also increase flexibility even more. 

One of the dangers is dehydration so it is very important to begin hydrating well before the session, and continue to hydrate long after for best results.
